I offer one-on-one coaching and group facilitation for the full cycle of The Presence Process.*

My work is designed to help you stay connected to the process, deepen your experience, and navigate any resistance or confusion that may arise.

My role is to support, clarify, encourage, and walk alongside you as you move through the process.

One-on-one support

Weekly sessions (45–60 minutes) tailored to your process. 

Each session includes a short personal check-in and space for clarification, integration, or support.

Where helpful, I may offer complementary tools such as EFT, inner-child dialogue, guided meditation, or simple embodiment practices—always in service of the process itself.

Group facilitation

Weekly group sessions (90–120 minutes) following the same rhythm.

Group work adds a powerful layer of shared humanity and reflection. You’ll still move through your own process individually, but with the added benefit of witnessing and being witnessed by others.
