1. Services offered
Sacred Flame offers one-on-one spiritual support sessions and group facilitation, with an initial focus on The Presence Process and spiritual integration practices.
All sessions are conducted online and offered internationally in English and Dutch. (Portuguese will probably be added in the future).
Group sessions will be held in the European evening time zone unless otherwise specified.
2. Client eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older.
Sacred Flame reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of:
Inappropriate or abusive conduct.
Psychological or psychiatric conditions beyond the scope of coaching (e.g. severe addiction, violence, active psychosis).
Legal or ethical concerns.
3. Session duration and booking
One-on-one sessions: 45–60 minutes
Group sessions: 90–120 minutes
Bookings are made via email (andrew@sacredflame.earth). A scheduling tool will be introduced on the Sacred Flame website at a later stage.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Individual sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.
Group sessions: Participation in the full program is encouraged. Refunds for missed group sessions are not available unless otherwise agreed in advance.
5. Refunds
Sacred Flame does not generally offer refunds for coaching services. Exceptions may be made in cases of unexpected personal emergencies or technical issues.
For new clients or first-time group participants, an introductory session may be offered before committing to a full process. However, once the full process begins, commitment is expected, and refunds will not be provided to ensure the integrity and cohesion of the group experience.
6. Fees and payment
Payments are made via bank transfer to the business account registered under Andrew Mitchell Translations.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise).
Invoices will be sent upon request.
Additional payment methods will likely be introduced in the near future.
7. Disclaimer and scope of practice
Sacred Flame offers spiritual and personal development coaching based on lived experience, self-inquiry, and holistic methodologies.
Important: I am not a licensed psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The guidance I offer is not a substitute for professional mental healthcare, addiction support, or medical treatment.
Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions throughout the coaching process.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality, unless:
Required by law.
There is a risk of serious harm to self or others.
Group participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of others.
9. Liability waiver
By participating in coaching sessions with Sacred Flame, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
They are fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Sacred Flame and its owner (Andrew Mitchell) are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the coaching process.
10. Intellectual property and open-source ethos
All materials (texts, meditations, practices, exercises) shared by Sacred Flame are offered freely and may be reused, shared, or adapted without restriction.
Clients pay for time, expertise, and presence — not for proprietary content.
Sacred Flame reserves the right to reuse or publish any original materials (excluding personal session content) to inspire and support the wider community.

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be made available via the Sacred Flame website or upon request.
