The Presence Process found me before I even knew I needed it.

While translating a book that mentioned it, I felt a quiet pull. Within days, I was translating a breathwork manual rooted in its teachings. Not long after, my best friend took his own life, and my mother passed away after a long illness. They were the two most important people in my life.

That first round of The Presence Process became a lifeline. It gave me the tools not just to survive, but to grow—right in the heart of grief. Since then, I’ve completed the process nine times. Each round brings more clarity, more depth, and more access to the richness of life. The Presence Process is no longer theory—it’s a lived experience.

Before The Presence Process, like so many young men in our day and age, I was stuck in endless loops of distraction, avoidance, and destructive patterns. Today, my life is anchored in simplicity and direction.

I live closer to nature, surround myself with beauty and music, and show up for life with increasing courage and consistency.

The Presence Process hasn’t made my life easier—but it has made it real, and worth showing up for.

What I bring to this work is a deep well of experience—both in emotional integration and spiritual development.

With a background in education and translating complex material, I’m able to hold space in a way that’s clear, compassionate, and quietly structured. People who work with me tend to feel deeply seen and empowered to take responsibility for their inner world—as I have done in mine.

I don’t believe in fixing anyone; I believe in creating space for people to meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

If you’re ready to commit to the process, I’ll be right there beside you.
